Cookie Policy
This English version is a courtesy translation. The Spanish version (Política de Cookies) is the binding text.

1. What are cookies?
A cookie is a file downloaded to your device when you access certain web pages. Cookies let a website, among other things, store and retrieve information about a user's browsing habits or device, which is essential for many interactive technical or preference services.
2. What this site uses
flowsly.ai sets no first-party cookies and runs no analytics of its own (no Google Analytics or similar). There are three cases:
- Meta Pixel (advertising and measurement): loaded only if you accept the cookie banner.
- Cal.com calendar (call bookings): loaded in the background when the booking section, at the bottom of the page, is about 400 pixels from entering the screen; it sets its own technical cookies.
- Local storage (localStorage): a single key,
fb-consent, that stores your decision about the pixel.

4. Meta Pixel (only with your consent)
If you accept the cookie banner, the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) is loaded, an advertising measurement tool that sets the _fbp cookie and, if you arrive from an ad, _fbc. It is used to know which campaigns generate visits and to build advertising audiences in Meta Ads: for example, showing you an ad again if you have already visited the site, or finding profiles similar to my visitors. Only two events are sent: the page view and, if you complete a booking, a booking event with no personal data; the data you type in the form is not sent. The pixel is never loaded before your explicit acceptance, and if you reject the banner or do not interact with it, it is not installed.
The legal basis is your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR). Meta and I are joint controllers for the collection of this data; the details, including how to exercise your rights against each of us, are in section 4 of the Privacy Policy. Pixel data is sent to Meta Platforms, Inc. in the United States, an entity certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. More information: facebook.com/privacy/policy.
5. Cal.com calendar
The booking calendar is embedded content from Cal.com, Inc. (United States) that loads in the background when the booking section is about 400 pixels from entering the screen, even if you are not yet looking at it. Its cookies are technical, session or short-lived, needed to show your slots in your time zone, protect the form and complete the booking; for that reason they do not require prior consent (art. 22.2 LSSI-CE), although I inform you of them in the table above. When it loads, Cal.com also sends technical data to an error-diagnostics service (Sentry, United States) as an independent controller of its own software; that transmission is not necessary to complete the booking and is not under my control. The transfer to the United States relies on standard contractual clauses; details are in the Privacy Policy. If you do not want the calendar to load, do not scroll further down the page and write to contacto@flowsly.ai.
6. Withdrawing consent and deleting cookies
Withdrawing your consent to the Meta Pixel is as easy as giving it: at any time, from the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer, which shows the banner again with the Accept and Reject options. Pressing Reject deletes the _fbp and _fbc cookies from this site and stops the pixel from loading on later visits. Cookies Meta holds on its own domains and your membership of an audience already created in Meta expire under Meta's timelines; once consent is withdrawn I do not use your data for new audiences. From your browser settings (Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge, etc.) you can also block or delete any cookie, including Cal.com's and Meta's.
